Crafted from pure spelt flour, water, and our natural sourdough
starter, this loaf carries a rich, nutty flavour with a gentle
sweetness. Spelt’s ancient grains are naturally easier to digest,
making this bread as nourishing as it is delicious - simple,
wholesome, and timeless.
Ordering | Available Thursdays & Saturdays
Our breads are crafted with our natural sourdough starter and
need 48 hours’ notice, giving them the time to rise, rest and
bake to perfection. This is real, slow food—made the good way.
We bake using Australian-grown flour from Wholegrain Milling,
certified sustainable and farmed with care.
Allergens | Contains wheat & gluten
All of our goods are baked in a kitchen where lots of other
delicious things are made using eggs, dairy, nuts, gluten,
sesame, soy and more. Because of this, we can’t guarantee
they’re completely free from traces of allergens.
